Shipping and Ordering Info

Embedded-Ability ships to all 50 States and internationally to many countries. Some restrictions may apply based on the destination country (if you try to place an order from a restricted country we will let you know). Domestic U.S. shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout. All orders will always be shipped with full insurance coverage. Rates are subject to change at the discretion of the shipping carrier and Embedded-Ability.

California state (USA) residents will have sales tax automatically added to their totals. We will NOT charge tax for customers in any other state. We also are not responsible for any foreign duties or other taxes that your country may charge when you receive the package.

We accept PayPal !  For your convenience we offer PayPal as our primary payment option. Using PayPal you can purchase products using all major credit cards as well as your PayPal account. As required by PayPal, we can only ship orders to PayPal verified addresses. We cannot ship an order over $50 to a PO Box, even if it is to a PayPal verified address. All orders above $250 will require a signature. Per PayPal policy, all refunds must be processed within 60 days of the initial transaction. We cannot refund any PayPal transaction after that time.

Order Preparation Time

Our goal is to ship orders within two business days of receipt (for items that are in stock). If you need faster service please let us know and we will do our best! All orders are shipped from Northern California. Note that order processing may be delayed by payment processing delays outside of our control.

Shipping Methods

Because of the low cost and reasonably fast delivery service our primary shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. We can also ship via UPS Ground and UPS 2-day if you call in your order. We prefer to ship products out of country with services that have delivery confirmation. If you have a favorite overseas shipper please let us know before you place your order and we will try to accommodate. We will add more shipping options to our Store options if we get enough requests.

Delivery Responsibilities

Embedded-Ability offers many shipping options some of which provide tracking and/or delivery confirmation. E-A is not responsible for packages that are shipped without tracking. Also be aware that once the shipper has indicated that the package is delivered, E-A is no longer responsible for the package.

Damaged Shipments

Please do not accept boxes with exterior damage. If the box has been delivered without your signature, contact the carrier before opening the package. The carrier will need to inspect the box and verify any damage before refund or replacement can occur.
